We understand that providing high quality care requires teamwork and to the greatest extent possible, a seamless service delivery from the viewpoint of the individual receiving care.

No Charge for Add-on Services
We are committed to providing a service of the highest quality and we welcome participation in review meetings with service users together with Health or Social Care Professionals.
We are also keen to participate in forums and other meetings.

Invoicing

We use real-time staff rostering and recording software systems wherever possible to ensure accurate time recording and invoicing.

Administration

We have an experienced administration team and office hours are from 8.30am to 5.00pm, with an after hours 24/7 emergency and support telephone service.

Feedback

We strive to provide an excellent standard of care with built-in flexibility.  We welcome feedback ourselves and will always pass on appropriate information to our Health and Social Care colleagues.
